DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Our ebooks and downloadable resources are digital products. No physical item will be shipped unless the product listing specifically states otherwise.

FINAL SALES

Sales are final once the digital product has been delivered or made available, except where applicable law requires cancellation rights, refunds, replacements, or other remedies.

We do not offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind after delivery. Please review the product description, file format, and included materials before purchasing.

DOWNLOAD OR DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If your delivery email is missing, first check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot access your purchase, contact [email protected].

For a missing file, broken link, damaged file, or incorrect product, we will investigate and help restore access, provide the correct file, or offer another appropriate remedy.

DUPLICATE OR INCORRECT CHARGES

If you believe you were charged twice or charged incorrectly, contact us with your order details. We will review the transaction and correct any confirmed billing error, including a refund where appropriate.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including rights relating to digital products that are faulty, not delivered, or materially different from their description.

Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, immediate digital delivery does not automatically remove those rights. Any required consent and acknowledgment must be obtained through the purchase process.
